This changes things!

OK so I was just cruising FB and on one of my Natural Hair "friend" pages they posted a link to a blogger who had just successfully taken then hair down after five years of having locs!!!!!!!!!!!  Wha-Wha-WHAT! Oh my goodness this changes thing. I thought the only option once you were done with locs was to cut them out. Zimo had mentioned this before, but she said it as if she had only heard about it, not that is was actual concrete fact. Now I'm not saying that today I'm gonna go out and loc my hair. It still may take me a few years to REALLY consider it, but its nice to know this is an option and no more committal than braiding my hair.
