Ok so, I had cavities in the first place. Let me say that, but they were not causing me any pain or discomfort. After trying the Oil Pull Method for almost a week, I have been in agony with theses teeth. I dont know, could it be that the toxics pulled down in the oil found my weak spots and wrecked havoc on them? AG-GONY! Aint nobody got time for the DENTIST or the money for that matter. So I'm suffering until I can get this right. Word to the wise, if you have cavities this is not the method for you. Yes, I am blaming the OPM, its a lot easier to blame someone else. LOL!
